Data sources and methodology
Smart Immo is a discovery and comparison tool. Guide Immo remains the project source and the official destination for detailed project pages.
How results are selected
Locations, transactions, property types, budgets, and features understood from your request become structured criteria. Inventory retrieval is deterministic; an artificial-intelligence model does not decide which projects satisfy the filters.
When criteria are broadened or similar projects are suggested, Smart Immo must identify that clearly.
Data used
Based on information published by Guide Immo, results may include project identity, area, property type, features, coordinates, and starting prices when available.
Prices, plans, promotions, and availability may change. Always confirm them on the project’s Guide Immo page or with its representative.
Known limitations
Bedroom counts are not currently supplied to Smart Immo in a structured form reliable enough to filter inventory. Smart Immo may understand and retain a bedroom request, but it will not silently remove projects based on it.
Smart Immo does not guarantee future returns, rental income, or value appreciation. Investment answers help clarify your objectives and compare available facts.
Updates and corrections
Searches read Guide Immo project records. Some vocabularies may be temporarily cached and the free-text index may refresh separately, so Smart Immo does not describe availability as real-time.
To report project information that needs correction, use Guide Immo’s contact page.
